    Just have your phone company change it's name. That should work.

    <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">You talk to any tech support and most likely you will be talking to somebody in India. Virtually all tech support is outsourced to there.

The phone company in Quebec as call centers at a couple of places, but they're mostly in Moncton now... I had to go through the same thing when I couldn't get my Lexar card to work with my new computer. I traded emails with some guy named shamalbaloobombazamabigbang for a month before I was finally connected with a stateside rep. It ended up being a simple fix that took five minutes but couldn't get past the language barrier. [img]confused.gif[/img]

    The Phillipines will be another hotbed of outsourced tech support. Companies like them because they won't have as strong of accents to Americans.
